Christchurch favourite Posh Porridge runs one awesome pop-up breakfast bar from inside Rollickin gelato and café every Wednesday.
The weekly favourite has a staple menu of three of the most popular porridges, which are made with organic Canterbury-grown oats served hot and with handmade toppings.
The staple menu:
- Raspberry compote and white chocolate crumble.
- Banana, toffee sauce and roasted almonds.
- Boysenberry compote, banana, almond granola and real maple syrup (refined sugar-free, vegan).
There’s also one seasonal surprise special topping combination each week.
