Word Christchurch Festival 2018: The Sex and Death Salon

1 September 2018 - The Gym

You know those things your parents told you never to mention at the dinner table? Yeah, those things. Sit back, have a drink and prepare to be entertained – and possibly scandalised – as Victor Rodger interrogates a selection of festival guests on the couch about taboo subjects. Anything goes at this Word Christchurch Festival 2018 event!

Victor is an award-winning playwright of Samoan and Scottish descent, best known for his play, Black Faggot. Last year his short story Like Shinderella was published in the Maori/Pasifika anthology Black Marks on the White Page.

The Neu! Ōtautahi! Incident precedes this event.
