Join the Friends of the Arts Centre for a special guided 'behind the scenes' fundraising tour of two newly restored Engineering buildings.

The Electrical Engineering (1902) and Engineering Extension (1923) buildings are now complete and ready for new permanent tenants. Be one of the first to see the meticulous heritage restoration of these spaces. Some parts of these buildings will be tenanted soon and not generally available to view, so this is a unique opportunity.

Formerly the Court Theatre main stage and the Southern Ballet studio, these buildings will form the new Health Technology Centre at Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre. The Health Technology Centre is a co-working space for a cluster of health technology companies and the wider community to work from a unique and collaborative environment.

Guided tours take 45 minutes and leave at 10am, 10.45am, 11.30am and 12.15pm. Numbers are strictly limited, so please book ahead.

All proceeds go directly to The Friends of the Arts Centre, who support The Arts Centre via fundraising activities and events throughout the year.

Please meet in the North Quad under the cloistered area (by the Antony Gormley STAY artwork).
