Works are available to purchase.

The Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust manages over 2300 tenancies throughout Christchurch and has been operating for more than 3 years. Formally, these tenancies were managed by the Christchurch City Council.

Community Development is an important aspect of the Trusts endeavours. This ranges from organising garden awards, to community BBQ’S with guest speakers, to a Tenant Advisory Group, and encouraging tenant led activities.
