    Concerts from June onward are still happening at this stage. We are also exploring options to bring some concerts online, watch this space!

    In light of the NZ Governments efforts to control the spread of COVID-19, and in the interest of the safety of our customers and performers, we have decided to cancel the March and April concerts. We apologise for any inconvenience and will be in contact with those who have purchased tickets.

    Book your tickets online. Scroll down and select the concert you wish to attend and click on 'Find out more' to book your ticket. Please note that online bookings include a $1 booking fee per ticket.

    Purchase tickets at the Great Hall entrance from midday on the day of the concert.

    Aeolus Saxophone Collective
    28 September 2020 Great Hall

    As part of the Great Hall Lunchtime Concert Series 2020, an impressive line-up of eight saxophones, of all sounds and shapes, will perform as quartets before colliding together to form an octet. Find out more

    Our masters of percussion Brett Painter and Roanna Funcke will span music from the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa and Europe, performing on Marimba, Caribbean steel pans and hand percussion. Find out more

    Michael Endres (piano) and Mark Menzies (violin)
    12 October 2020 Great Hall

    Michael is a superb pianist of international acclaim and for this concert he will be joined by Mark Menzies who is described as an ‘extraordinary musician’ and a ‘riveting violinist’. Find out more
