We’re delighted to present a duo of winter workshops designed to explore botanical colour and spark your creativity. Using locally grown, plant-based materials, you’ll revel in the art of play—experimenting, modifying, mark-making, scrunching, resisting, painting, dyeing, and layering!

    • Workshop One focuses on textiles (in collaboration with The Clothworks textile studio). You’ll learn how to create your own natural dyes, explore colour modifiers, and play with resist and bundle dye techniques.

    • Workshop Two turns to paper-based activities, where you’ll botanically print on paper, make your own inks from dried plant materials, and enjoy colour modification and mark-making.

All materials are provided—just bring your creative energy!

These workshops are perfect if you:

    • are curious about botanical colour and want to give it a go

    • have creative energy you’re ready to unleash

    • feel stuck in a creative rut and want to loosen up through play and experimentation

    • are craving a fun, hands-on, and inspiring experience with friends or family

Come along, dive into vibrant colour, and bring a spark of creativity to the depths of winter!
