This is a fun hands-on activity for the tamariki to celebrate Matariki. Join Lisa Harding from the Kahu Collective in the Great Hall to learn about ways of working with harakeke (flax) to create a whetū (star) for Matariki.
Ideal for ages 8-12.

A workshop for 5-9 year olds where they will learn some Tī Rākau actions and a Poi waiata, decorate their own pair of Tī Rākau to take home, and then present a short concert for whānau, to finish.
