In memory of a great artist - Tchaikovsky & Rachmaninoff Piano Trios

Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff are two of the most important composers in Russian musical history, whose deeply emotional melodies and rich musical language continue to move audiences across generations.

This concert presents Tchaikovsky’s Piano Trio in A minor, Op. 50 and Rachmaninoff’s Trio élégiaque No. 1 in G minor. Although written at different stages of their lives, both works reveal their profound exploration of emotion, life, and the human spirit.

Violinist Ko Hsu, cellist Tomas Hurník, and pianists Tsai Wei Chen and Keng Feng Sheng come together to perform these two powerful works.

For the musicians, this is more than a performance—it is a tribute to two great composers. Through strings and piano, they hope to bring their music to life once again and allow these timeless works to speak to audiences today.
