Venue: Maxine Burney Art Studio & Gallery
Learn and have fun using needle and coloured threads to make basic stitches (the backbone of The Art of Embroidery) on hessian. Stitches can be extended for use in upcycling and recycling.
Each child will have a square of printed hessian to work on, make their own choices of coloured threads, and learn to take the needle where they want it to go, using long or short stitches.
Suitable for complete beginners.
Ages 5+.
Limit of four participants.
