    Cubbin Theatre, the only company in Aotearoa New Zealand dedicated to making theatre for babies and very young children, has had its Company in Residence programme at Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre in Christchurch extended through 2026 and 2027, following an initial one year residency in 2025.

  • Keina Rollinson Cello and Marimba Recital

    Keina Rollinson (aged 18) is a multi-instrumentalist who has been studying percussion, cello and trombone since the age of 9. Currently she is a first year Bachelor of Music student at the University of Canterbury and teaches percussion and cello students. She performs regularly in CSO and Woolston Brass, as well as being part of the National Brass Band of NZ. Achievements that she is most proud of include at the NZCT Chamber Music Contest National finals, her groups claiming 1st prize in 2022 and 3rd prize in 2025, as well becoming the Open Solo Champion of Champions at the National Brass Band Championships in 2025.

    Michael Khor began learning the piano at the age of 4 with Neville Baird. He currently learns from Marnie Barrell. Michael’s performing experience includes the Christchurch Piano Competition, NZCT Chamber Music Competition, IRMT recitals and competitions, and many more. Some of Michael’s significant successes include the Soroptomist Scholarship at age 10, the ROSL Scholarship at age 13, and NZCT Chamber Music Contest placings in 2024.
