Sambolero is an acoustic Latin band project originally formed by Dougal Canard in 2018. With an ensemble of nylon guitar, bass, piano and percussion they explore the rich musical history of Latin music, from early Choro, and Bossa Nova through to modern Samba and Afrofunk.
This event is part of The Arts Centre's Jazz Club. Combining an unforgettable venue with music that sparkles, The Arts Centre Jazz Club delivers an authentic jazz lovers' experience. Funk, big band, traditional, experimental, tango, and more, Jazz Club will showcase the best of Ōtautahi's rich jazz scene.
